We went to this place called Marine Land on Tuesday. It's kind of a mini Sea World. It's been around since the fifties and not much has changed since. Even the dolphins are the same; there are two dolphins there that are 46 and 50 years old. K loved it. Zac wasn't as keen, but we had a good day.

I don't think we'll make it to Disney or anything since Zac's patience seems to be a bit limited still.

Zac's naps have still been a bit unpredictable. He didn't sleep until we left Marine Land at 1:00 p.m. I don't let him nap after 4, so we had to keep him busy until 7 so he would go to bed at bedtime. He may be working on his ninth tooth and is kind of testy at times, but in pretty good humor. He pulls up on my dad's chair and dances for him. It's adorable.

God help me, my father made us watch an hour of Elimidate last night. It's like Survivor and The Bachelor, but with the nastiest, skankiest women they could dig up. He thought one of the girls on the first episode was pretty and I guess he was captivated enough to sit through the second.

Seriously, this show has to be scripted because there's no way people can be this nasty. He also makes us watch Dr. Phil.

We've been going to the pool every day. Zac loves it. Katie doesn't even use her floatie anymore.

I've been eating so well it should be illegal. I think I've gained weight. I've been doing my daily sit-ups, though, so maybe I've been successfully keeping off the poundage.

We're going to stay near the airport on Monday night. Mom suggested that we might try and get to Disney that day so we're close by a place to go if Zac blows a gasket.
