My 2001 photo album.

[ August ]  I try on mommy's new name tag while touring the mall... the day after Thanksgiving.
[ August ]  Here I try a thoughtful gaze, with Diamond Head in the background.
[ August ]  This is why I love Hawaii. Sunny days at the beach in late November!
[ August ]  Okay, dad, enough with the camera. Can't you see I'm working here?
[ August ]  I take five during a playful afternoon at Stadium Park.
[ August ]  Much as I love showers, I still like baths best. Here's one of my musical dolphin toys!
[ August ]  Dad takes me to Chuck E. Cheese, and I take a ride on a miniature carousel. But I think the games and indoor playground are more fun.
[ August ]  Three hours and ten dollars later, I win this incredible little foam airplane toy!
[ August ]  My home-made Halloween costume: a chef! A hat, an apron, a silly mustache and a mixing spoon... I'm practically Emeril!
[ August ]  A stubborn cough brings me to the doctor's office. They take some convincing, but I get medicine eventually.
[ August ]  Grandma Gayle gives me a boogie board, and I learn to kick across the pool by myself!
[ August ]  "Strike a pose, there's nothing to it..." Mom and dad really love this picture, taken at Ala Moana Shopping Center.
[ August ]  Mom bought me a costume chest for her birthday! Here are some fancy gloves.
[ August ]  Here's a shiny pink top that illustrates exactly what I will not where when I'm a teenager.
[ August ]  Second cousin (I think) Kayla and I play coy together.
[ August ]  Dad and I spend a quiet afternoon at a park in Mililani.
[ July ]  Climbing on the only climbable giraffe at the Honolulu Zoo.
[ July ]  One of the many new skills I learned in school.
[ July ]  A rather surprising fireworks display inspires another funny face.
[ July 9 ]  Little Braxton Lee, son of daddy's friend Baron, introduces himself.
[ July 9 ]  At the Friends of the Library booksale, I find a book on airplanes!
[ July 9 ]  Pearlridge Shopping Center lets you ride around in style.
[ July 2 ]  Who's that cutie in the mirror at Old Navy? Me, of course!
[ July 2 ]  Mama and me at Magic Island.
[ July 2 ]  Uncle Todd took us on a ride on his boat to celebrate dad's pending graduation.
[ July 2 ]  During the dinner cruise, I learn do dance the Macarena.
[ June 19 ]  Picking pipipi — little snails — during a visit with grandpa.
[ June 19 ]  I'm good at finding where the pipipi hide in the rocks.
[ June 19 ]  Sometimes I get sad. But even then mama says I'm beautiful.
[ June 19 ]  Riding my tricycle during a visit with grandma.
[ June 11 ]  It's good to be home! For the Kamehameha Day holiday, mom and dad took me to the zoo.
[ June 11 ]  At the Children's Petting Zoo, I get some quality time in with the potbellied pig.
[ June 11 ]  I also got to meet an entirely different kind of pig, this one named "Kiwi."
[ June 11 ]  I also spent part of the holiday on the slides at Stadium Park.
[ June 11 ]  Finally, while mom rested, dad took me to Magic Island where I played my heart out.
[ June 11 ]  I love to build sand castles and dig holes with my shovel and pail.
[ June 11 ]  Look! A rainbow! As it rains over the mountains, it remains sunny and clear at the beach.
[ May 13 ]  I think I'll just ship myself back to Hawaii!
[ May 10 ]  My first trip to Disneyworld! I play shy with Winnie the Pooh while mom (sporting a new haircut) smiles on.
[ May 10 ]  Mom and me and two giant mice, Minnie and Mickey.
[ April 30 ]  I love beaches, no matter what coast they're on.
[ April 30 ]  Daytona Beach in April. Not quite as hot as you'd think.
[ April 28 ]  Nana and Papa's new home has a pool! And they had a ride waiting.
[ April 28 ]  I can figure out how to use any computer inside of a day.
[ April 26 ]  Safe and sound at Nana and Papa's place in Daytona Beach, Florida.
[ April 25 ]  I'm going to ride an airplane (actually, three airplanes) to Florida!
[ April 25 ]  Don't worry, mama. Flying is fun!
[ April 25 ]  Bye grandma, I'll miss you. Save some ice cream for me, okay?
[ April 25 ]  Wait, before I go, let me give you a haircut.
[ March 11 ]  Another fun-filled Sunday with dad finds us at the Honolulu Zoo.
[ March 11 ]  This climbable concrete hippo is just about my favorite animal there.
[ March 11 ]  As we wait for a parade, I make a detour for the nearby beach.
[ March 11 ]  The Hawaiian waters are always warm and welcoming.
[ March 11 ]  K-A-T-I-E. That's my name, don't wear it out!
[ February 4 ]  A tricycle for my third birthday! And it only took a couple of trips 'round the driveway to figure out how to pedal and get about all by myself. Aren't I cute?
[ January 27 ]  "Happy birthday to you!" I love that song. Even though it was my third birthday, I wished a happy birthday to everyone I met.
[ January 27 ]  "I did it, I did it!" The first birthday candles I've blown out on my own. I even made a wish, but of course, I can't tell you what it was.
[ January 27 ]  You know, unwrapping presents is getting kind of old. Now I can do it with only one hand.
[ January 27 ]  Nothing's more delicious than an imaginary breakfast cooked up on your very own Fisher Price stove.
[ January 23 ]  On the cusp of my third birthday, I finally settle on my first "lovie," a plush Winnie the Pooh puppet. Now I can't sleep without him!
[ January 21 ]  Our first day at the beach in some time, and I spent most of it in the sand. Sand castles are great.
[ January 14 ]  Grandpa's birthday! Here my impressional young mind is encouraged to molest a helpless chocolate cake.
[ January 14 ]  A very low tide gives me the chance to walk far out to sea. Don't worry, dad and mom were always with me.
[ January 02 ]  Uncle Wayne gets a new job and a going-away party at Hooters. I love Hooters? Yay.
This is only the beginning. Check out my many pictures from last year, the year before, or the year before that. Or head back to my main page.
