Craft Corner Deathmatch

This show is a hoot.

Think Battlebots, but with crafts.

What's even funnier than the premise itself is hearing the cute, crafty women try to trash talk.

Two of the aforementioned crafty people go against each other in two rounds. On one show, the contestants had to fashion a wedding cake out of Hostess® snacks. On another, they were asked to make a windchime out of kitchen utensils. They are awarded points by three judges and the winner goes to the bonus round with someone named the Craft Lady of Steel. So far, nobody's beaten her.

The creators of the show wrote for The Daily Show, so you've got the funny, but it's strangely informative, too. Every show has a segment about the history of rhinestones or some other kind of thing with an authoritative-sounding voice providing information you never even thought you needed to know.

The host, Jason Jones, is appropriately over the top. He knows he's on a comedy show. People who are watching only for the crafts may be a little put off by him, but people who are in on the joke will love him.
